What drives me
My motivation is to strengthen trust, connection, and community to support people in cultivating more confidence, joy, and inner strength.
To do so, I hold space for appreciative encounters and offer unforgettable learning experiences.
I am thrilled to design these experiences in an unfamiliar environment, where distance from everyday routine creates new perspectives and opens horizons.

„Optimistic until the end“ – that’s a quote out of the farewell message a dear colleague sent me when I left my former employer in the middle of the pandemic to start my own business.
People who know me, describe me as soothing, strengthening, inspiring, positive – and they usually remember my contagious laughter.
To me, confidence and a sense of humour are powerful partners on our way through crisis and challenges. This is also reflected in my work, where, in addition to joy, I value interactions on an equal footing and a trusting atmosphere.
What life has taught me
Strength and confidence grow from trust and courage—in myself and in others.
I have experienced this myself in challenging life situations: from my apprenticeship as a hotel specialist, through multiple attempts at translation studies, to taking the leap into self-employment in the midst of the pandemic, combined with a move and the end of a long-term relationship.
I discovered that I am able to mobilize strengths in critical moments that I never believed I had before. What I also experiences and what I am really grateful for:

Professional experiences
I bring over 20 years of experience in Human Resources Manager and Learning and Development in the international hospitality industry. During this time, I was responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating Europe-wide talent development programs, leadership training, and coaching. I also moderated conferences and internal corporate events.
